開催概要

DroidKaigiは、エンジニアが主役のAndroidカンファレンスです。Android開発者有志による実行委員会が主催し、Android技術情報の共有とコミュニケーションを目的に開催します。

Androidの利用シーンは多岐に渡り、一人ではとてもカバーしきれません。カンファレンスを通して業界全体で知見を共有し、より良いソフトウェア開発に繋げていきたいです。

2日目の夜はアフターパーティも行います。前回は寿司職人を呼びました。
おいしい食事やお酒を楽しみながら、発表の内容や普段のAndroid開発についてわいわい話しましょう！

所在地：東京都新宿区西新宿8-17-1 住友不動産新宿グランドタワー5F
※西新宿エリアには「ベルサール」が3会場ありますのでご注意ください。

設備：

• 参加者が利用可能な Wi-Fi ネットワークをご用意します。
• 会場の一部に電源を確保します。当日、充電場所としてご利用いただけます。
• お昼ごはんとしてランチボックスを開催両日に配布します。メニューはお楽しみに！
• 自由に食べられるおやつやドリンク（コーヒー、水）をご用意します。歓談や小腹のお供にどうぞ。

受付方法

5階受付にて、connpassの受付票(印刷または端末画面)をご提示ください。

学生割引の方は受付票に加えて学生証を必ずお持ちください。

※受付票をお持ちでない方や学生証を忘れた場合は入場できません。ご了承ください。
※10時までの時間帯は混雑が予想されますので、お早めにお越しください。
※画面提示される場合は混雑緩和のため、必ず画面を開いた状態で列にお並びください。

参加登録についての注意事項

• 万が一キャンセルされた場合、枠を誤って購入された場合でも、チケット代金の返金はいたしかねます。
• 参加登録にはPayPalアカウントが必要です。あらかじめご用意ください。
• 原則として領収書の発行は承っておりません。PayPalが発行する受領書またはクレジットカード会社発行の利用明細書をご利用ください。
• 講演者の方はチケット購入の必要はありません。講演に応募し採択されなかった方は、別途購入方法をご案内致しますのでしばらくお待ちください。

その他注意事項

• 当日は写真の撮影・プレス取材が入る予定です。撮影した写真はイベントのPR等の目的でネットに掲載する場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
• 当日、セッション内容を録画し、後日ネットに公開する予定ですので、予めご了承ください。

DroidKaigi is a conference for Android developers. It's scheduled to take place on the 9th and 10th of March 2017.

We plan to have After Party in the evening of March 10th. In the previous DroidKaigi, we had a fantastic sushi dinner!

• Beware that there are 3 "Bellesalle" buildings around Nishi Shinjuku. Our venue is "Bellesalle Shinjuku Grand"

Services:

• We will serve lunch box during this event.
• Snacks and beverages will be served. Sorry if they are all gone too soon.
• We do provide Internet access. If you need one, you need to set up or bring the accessible environment.
• We do have power supplies, but their numbers are limited. Be alert that your power supplies may not fit power adapters, especially Mac adapters; hence, it is recommended to bring attachment that helps fitting.

Notes on Registration

• Call for Speakers applicants do not have to register in Connpass. Those who applied and their proposals are not accepted will be contacted about registration individually at a later date via email.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• The Registration requires a PayPal account. Please prepare in advance.

Reception Desk Instructions

Reception desk will be located at 5th Floor in Bellesalle Shinjuku Grand Tower.

The name tag will be handed to you at the reception. During the event, please be sure to put a name tag on you and make it visible.

We expect the reception will be crowded on the day, so please follow these instructions.

Participants are required to show their registration tickets at the reception desk. Tickets can be printed or displayed on a phone. Students are required to show student ID cards to identify your affiliations.

• Important: Those without tickets and/or student ID cards may not attend this event.
• Reception would be crowded until 10:00 AM, you might want to come early.
• Make sure to display your ticket before reaching out to somebody at the reception.

• Photos will be taken during the event. Be aware that by registering to and participating in the event, you must agree on the use of theses in our promotion materials.
